Job Description:-

Job Role: UK HR Services Admin Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: Upto 4 LPA Expected
Location: Hyderabad, India


Responsibilities:-


- Manage end-to-end case management of transactions in HR Services Administration for one of the following teams:
  * Onboarding team – Contract release; SAP Hire – Experienced hires
  * Transactions team – references, SAP records updating, employee benefits, etc.
- Ensure accurate completion of SAP/HR system related actions or updates in time for deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.
- Support the team in meeting KPIs and SLAs and escalate potential non-achievement to the team leader to deliver excellent service.
- Provide timely and accurate completion of activities and queries to offer a customer-focused experience.
- Offer high-quality written advice and guidance on a range of queries.
- Utilize software such as ServiceNow to provide the best experience for new joiners.
- Independently complete work with minimal supervision, including maintaining data integrity within the case management system in a timely manner.
- Identify process issues/opportunities for improvement and raise them with the Assistant Manager to ensure efficient ways of working.
- Keep up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments.
- Support other HR Services Administration teams when needed and liaise with other Practice Support Services teams as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with QRS first line of defence activities and appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:


- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.

- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.

- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.

- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
