Job Description:-

Job Role: Technical Associate Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Up To 5 LPA

Location: Pan India


Responsibilities:-


- Engage with personnel from business, technology, or vendors to obtain     pertinent information about an existing software system, including:

  - Personally Identifiable Information (PII) involved,

  - Registration process,

  - Authentication,

  - Primary system functionalities,

  - Authorization,

  - Encryption of data-in-transit and data-at-rest, and

  - Upstream/downstream dependencies.

- Develop a workflow diagram illustrating the flow of information among various stakeholders in a software system.

- Create an architecture diagram (using the iDesigner tool) for a software system based on the completed questionnaire from the development team.

- Manage concurrent tasks and orchestrate the completion of risk and control assessments by engaging with numerous stakeholders (at least 15 unique individuals) and effectively prioritizing tasks.

- Supervise the implementation of Single Sign-On (using SAML).

- Update and maintain Jira items in the Kanban dashboard.

- Proactively follow up with the relevant team for status updates or escalate issues as necessary.

- Produce status reports for ongoing tasks and deliver presentations to senior management.

- Coordinate the ad hoc production release of security controls beyond regular working hours.

- Communicate with business users to clarify technology terminologies in simple, plain English.


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Thorough understanding of software architecture concepts, encompassing 2-tier, 3-tier, and n-tier architectures.

- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms across different tiers and hardware components within a standard software system.

- Appreciation of the significance of data retention and deletion principles.

- Experience in crafting well-structured Java code using a test-first development approach.

- Capable of gathering requirements to comprehend the functionalities within an existing software system.

- In-depth knowledge of technology security controls, including authentication, authorization, data encryption, single sign-on, and data retention/deletion.

- Understanding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data and the corresponding protective measures.

- Strong coordination and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
