Job Description:-

Job Role: Associate Analyst Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: Upto 3.5  LPA Expected
Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities:-

- Consistent adherence to project deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work

- Actively engaging in project-related communications and discussions, and providing valuable input to improve processes

- Regularly seeking and providing feedback on tools and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and responding to customer feedback, actively monitoring satisfaction levels, and contributing to continuous performance improvement

- Utilizing creative problem-solving techniques and analytical skills to address complex challenges

- Meticulous attention to detail and efficient work execution to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

- Competence in troubleshooting various computer issues and adept use of internet resources for problem resolution

- Cultivation of a team-oriented and solution-focused mindset, fostering collaboration and driving positive outcomes

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.

- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.

- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.

- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
