Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Upto 6 LPA Expected

Location: Bangalore, India


Responsibilities:-


- Evaluate, categorize, and/or delete content in accordance with client guidelines utilizing designated tools and platforms.
- Remain updated on alterations to client policies and standards.
- Investigate, resolve, and communicate intricate content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Champion the user community.
- Contribute to initiatives for improving processes to elevate work quality and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous training programs and collaborative discussions to enrich role development.
- Engage in dialogues on socially sensitive subjects to aid in safeguarding our communities.

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

- Deep understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts and principles

- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment

- Keen interest in continuous learning and expanding proficiency in cloud technologies

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Relevant certifications in cloud computing or related areas are advantageous
