About Company:-

Sutherland, also recognized as Cataibh in Scottish Gaelic, is a historically significant county, registration county, and lieutenancy area situated in the Highlands of Scotland. Its county town is Dornoch. Sutherland shares its borders with Caithness and Moray Firth to the east, Ross-shire and Cromartyshire to the south, and the Atlantic to the north and west. The county showcases some of the most remarkable landscapes in Europe, particularly in its western periphery where the mountains intersect with the sea. This encompasses towering sea cliffs and ancient mountains comprised of Precambrian and Cambrian rocks.

The label "Sutherland" originated during the era of Norwegian Viking governance and settlement in the Highlands and Islands under the jurisdiction of the jarl of Orkney. Despite encompassing some of the northernmost land in Great Britain, it was denoted as Suðrland ("southern land") from the standpoint of Orkney and Caithness. In Gaelic, the region is mentioned based on its traditional districts: Dùthaich MhicAoidh in the northeast, Asainte (Assynt) in the west, and Cataibh in the east. Cataibh is also sometimes utilized to denote the entire area. The northeastern segment of Sutherland, historically recognized as the Province of Strathnaver, was not integrated into Sutherland until 1601. This expanse was the domain of the dominant and militant Clan Mackay and was designated in Gaelic as Dùthaich 'Ic Aoidh, the Homeland of Mackay. Even today, this part of Sutherland is acknowledged as Mackay Country, and there continues to be a predominance of Mackays in the area.

Salary: Upto 3 LPA Expected

Location: Mumbai, India

Responsibilities:-

- Interaction with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, and validating architecture

- Participation in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, and conducting technical risk planning

- Leadership and guidance for teams to develop high-quality code deliverables and knowledge management

- Knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design, testing tools, and agile methodologies

- Understanding project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, and quality processes

- Understanding business domain to comprehend business requirements

- Possessing analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills

- Demonstration of a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and current technologies and trends

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency in additional frameworks and platforms, such as Laravel, React, CodeIgniter, or Shopify, is advantageous.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to efficiently troubleshoot technical issues are imperative.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to function effectively in a team environment, are essential.

- A discerning eye for design aesthetics and the ability to transform client requirements into visually appealing web solutions are crucial.

- Proven experience in the development and maintenance of high-traffic websites, emphasizing performance optimization and scalability, is a requisite.
