This corporation was established as a result of the amalgamation of the American enterprise, Johnson Controls, with Tyco International, a move that was publicly announced on January 25, 2016. The primary objective of this merger was to circumvent taxation on overseas market operations, culminating in substantial financial gains for the then CEO of Johnson Controls, Alex Molinaroli.

The company's origins can be traced back to 1883 when Warren S. Johnson, an esteemed professor at the Whitewater Normal School (now the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater), secured a patent for the first electric room thermostat. Johnson's invention played a pivotal role in fostering the building control industry and instigated the establishment of a new company. In 1885, Johnson and a consortium of Milwaukee investors, led by William Plankinton, founded the Johnson Electric Service Company aimed at the production, installation, and maintenance of automatic temperature regulation systems in buildings. Following Johnson's passing in 1911, the company made a strategic decision to center its efforts on the temperature control sector for commercial buildings.

Job Description:-

Job Role: Junior Engineer Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: Upto 4 LPA Expected
Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:-

- Consistent adherence to project deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work

- Actively engaging in project-related communications and discussions, and providing valuable input to improve processes

- Regularly seeking and providing feedback on tools and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

- Ensure that the infrastructure at the client's site is configured, installed, tested, and operational.

- Perform necessary checks and apply monitoring tools, promptly responding to alerts.

- Identify and address problems and errors, logging all incidents with required detail in a timely manner.

- Investigate third-line support calls, identifying root causes of incidents and problems, and escalating issues to third-party vendors if necessary.

- Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services.

- Provide continuous feedback to clients and stakeholders and update all systems and portals as prescribed by NTT.

- Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation possibilities.

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.

- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.

- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.

- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
