Summary:-
The advisor's
role as a customer service associate entails providing comprehensive assistance
to our customers in addressing inquiries related to billing, package-related
issues, and technical support. This responsibility is specifically catered to
Accenture's International Clients based in the USA and UK.
The
Procure-to-Pay Processing team is in charge of accounting for goods and
services, from requisitioning and purchasing to receiving. They oversee the
entire procurement and financial process, including making payments through
methods such as checks, wire transfers, swift, and direct debits as part of the
invoice processing cycle. The team is also responsible for executing manual
payments and automated payment runs, running potential duplicate payment
reports, taking appropriate action, and executing payment-related controls.
Responsibilities:-
1. Cultivating
Relationships: Establishing and nurturing connections with merchants, vendors,
and internal stakeholders to cultivate enduring partnerships.
2. Operational
Management: Oversight of daily operations encompassing order processing,
inventory management, and fulfillment.
3. Projection and
Forecasting: Development of projections at the product, regional, and account
levels, and supervision of channel forecasts.
4. Vigilance:
Supervision of listed products and assurance of punctual order deliveries.
5. Driving
Expansion: Facilitating merchants in commencing and expanding their enterprise
on the platform.
6. Sales
Analysis: Evaluation of sales outcomes to devise methods for enhancing account
performance.
7. Merchant
Advocacy: Collaboration with internal teams to champion merchants' requisites
and appeals.
8. Comprehending
Industry Trends: Demonstration of an intricate comprehension of industry
trends.
Eligibility
