Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Highest Degree

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Up To 2.8 LPA + Incentives

Location: Remote


Summary:-

In the role of an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your primary objective is to prevent issues, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to our customers. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries via phone, chat, and email, encompassing a range of concerns from order and product information to payment procedures and website navigation. 

Our Customer Service Associates employ a diverse set of tools to navigate, research, and analyze resolutions, while fostering effective communication with customers. As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your main purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will be the initial point of contact for our customers, handling their requests via phone, chat, and email. This includes addressing order and product questions, handling payment matters, and providing website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.


Responsibilities:-

In your role as an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your main goal is to prevent issues, resolve queries, and bring happiness to our customers. You will be the initial contact point for customers, assisting them with their inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email. This includes handling a range of issues from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. To handle this, Customer Service Associates use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and uphold effective communication with customers.


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Authorization to work in India
  • Proficient communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Flexibility to work shifts throughout the week between 6 am and 11 pm
  • Ability to work in diverse shifts including early, late, overnight, weekends, and         overtime as necessary
  • Provision of quiet, dedicated office space with a desk and chair
  • Ensuring a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and                 8MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
