Job Description:-

Job Role: HR Recruiter role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: 4 LPA Expected

Location: Remote


Responsibilities:-


  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, providing them with comprehensive product information, resolving any issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, exhibiting empathy and understanding at all times. Adhere to established processes and procedures to accurately document customer interactions and maintain meticulous records.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues as required.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Remain up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries, as well as identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center setting is desirable.

- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills is essential for establishing rapport and trust with customers.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and logically are vital.

- The capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment is crucial.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, is expected.
