Job Description:-

Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher) Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

SalaryUpto 4 LPA Expected

Location: Bangalore, India


Responsibilities:-


- Interaction with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, and validating architecture
- Participation in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, and conducting technical risk planning
- Leadership and guidance for teams to develop high-quality code deliverables and knowledge management
- Knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design, testing tools, and agile methodologies
- Understanding project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, and quality processes
- Understanding the business domain to comprehend business requirements
- Possessing analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills
- Demonstration of a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and current technologies and trends
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:


- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.

- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.

- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.

- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
