PT Trinusa Travelindo, known as Traveloka, is an Indonesian technology firm specializing in travel and ticketing services. Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, Traveloka operates an eponymous services website and is active in six countries. As of 2022, it remains the largest online travel app in Southeast Asia. Initially founded in 2012 as a travel search engine, Traveloka has since broadened its services to encompass attraction tickets, activities, transportation rentals, and restaurant vouchers. Furthermore, it offers financial services including credit and insurance.
Unardi and Albert had crossed paths while pursuing computer science studies in the United States, while Unardi met Kusuma during their internships at Microsoft. All three later worked in Silicon Valley. Unardi, who frequently encountered travel challenges when visiting his hometown of Padang, conceived the idea of a website to streamline travel logistics in Indonesia. Despite lacking business experience, he commenced an MBA program at Harvard Business School. However, the burgeoning Indonesian tech market and the increasing popularity of e-ticketing in early 2012 prompted Unardi to drop out of the program early.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Deep understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts and principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Keen interest in continuous learning and expanding proficiency in cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing or related areas are advantageous
