Job Role: Application Developer Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Upto 4 LPA Expected

Location: Chennai, India

Responsibilities:-

- Interaction with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, and validating architecture

- Participation in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, and conducting technical risk planning

- Leadership and guidance for teams to develop high-quality code deliverables and knowledge management

- Knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design, testing tools, and agile methodologies

- Understanding project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, and quality processes

- Understanding business domain to comprehend business requirements

- Possessing analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills

- Demonstration of a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and current technologies and trends

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- A minimum of 5-8 years' expertise in software development, proficient in utilizing modern programming languages.

- Proficiency in implementing Clean Code principles and Junits.

- A thorough comprehension of React Native and Node.js and their fundamental principles.

- Proven experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL, alongside managing client data using Redux and GraphQL, and conducting testing with Jest.

- Additional desirable skills include the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using tools such as Chrome DevTools.

- Supplementary knowledge of Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or custom tooling is advantageous.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
