Job Description:-

Job Role: Software Engineer Analyst Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Any Highest Degree

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Up To 4 LPA Expected

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:-

- Perform requirements analysis by proactively identifying deficiencies, ambiguities, and outstanding questions

- Clearly communicate distinctions between business requirements, design, and implementation constructs

- Follow established software patterns and development processes

- Write simple, concise unit tests with appropriate code coverage

- Identify, document, and communicate steps to reproduce and workarounds for bugs

- Identify gaps and deficiencies in requirements, design, development, testing, and support processes

- Deliver tested code in a consistently timely fashion with a high degree of efficiency and a low frequency of bugs (or reopened bugs)

- Identify design alternatives, questions, and tradeoffs

- Conduct code and design reviews to identify gaps, problems, and weaknesses in software solutions

- Demo application features and fixes with product management and users

- Provide advice and instruction to the software quality assurance team in identifying points of emphasis in regression testing efforts

- Escalate risks to quality and timelines appropriately

- Effectively transition between unrelated tasks

- Troubleshoot and support coding

- Seek help/mentoring as needed

- Estimate development efforts based on detailed design

- Read, understand, and adhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Explore new opportunities to add value to the organization and departmental processes

- Maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to software development in clinical trials

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:-

1) At least 2 years of experience in SQL and Python 

2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 

3) Preferred experience working with clinical trials and/or within a pharmaceutical environment 

This role involves analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and/or new products for use in local, networked, or internet-related computer programs. The code is used in applications that support various users such as radiologists, clinical data managers, operations staff, clients, and partners at Clarios. Using current programming languages and technologies, the role includes writing code, completing programming, and performing testing and debugging of applications. It also involves completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Additionally, there may be interaction with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
