KLA later expanded its offerings to include wafer inspection, wafer metrology, and integrated inspection and analysis software. Tencor was developed in 1976 by Czech scientist and US immigrant Karel Urbanek and his colleague John Schwabacher. The company began by focusing on precise measurements of semiconductor film layer thickness before developing laser-scanning technology in 1984 to identify particle and other contaminants. In addition, the company created defect evaluation and data analysis equipment. At the time of the merger, the combined revenue of the companies exceeded $1 billion.

Responsibilities:-
1. Cultivating Relationships: Establishing and nurturing connections with merchants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to cultivate enduring partnerships.
2. Operational Management: Oversight of daily operations encompassing order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
3. Projection and Forecasting: Development of projections at the product, regional, and account levels, and supervision of channel forecasts.
4. Vigilance: Supervision of listed products and assurance of punctual order deliveries.
5. Driving Expansion: Facilitating merchants in commencing and expanding their enterprise on the platform.
6. Sales Analysis: Evaluation of sales outcomes to devise methods for enhancing account performance.
7. Merchant Advocacy: Collaboration with internal teams to champion merchants' requisites and appeals.
8. Comprehending Industry Trends: Demonstration of an intricate comprehension of industry trends.
Eligibility criteria for applicants:
· This position requires working night shifts
· 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
· Strong verbal English language proficiency.
· Teamwork - Collaborating with other support teams to resolve requests/issues promptly.
· Attention to Detail - Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.
