Job Role: Process Executive Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: Upto 3-4 LPA Expected
Location: Hyderabad, India
Responsibilities:-
Stakeholder/Business Management:
- Administer and manage client product support for customers reaching out via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide customer support to international customers through inbound and outbound calling.
- Introduce and explain client products to customers, including analytics and YouTube.
- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients, working closely with functional leads to improve processes and productivity.
- Collaborate with the business development team to expand services and acquire new clients.
- Develop and oversee risk and mitigation plans in consultation with project stakeholders.
- Serve all clients through account managers or directly through various applications.
- Provide performance status reports and handle any escalations to the manager."
Eligibility criteria for applicants:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
WEB:
Efficiently design and construct internet/intranet web pages according to specified formats, conforming to client requirements within agreed-upon timeframes.
DESIGN:
Produce client marketing collateral and presentations that align with brand guidelines and meet mutually agreed-upon deadlines.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Provide comprehensive information and education to customers.
- Update trackers, applications, and tools as necessary.
- Keep Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Team Leaders (TL) informed of new developments.
PEOPLE/TEAM:
- Actively engage in knowledge sharing sessions.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
- Proficiency in spoken English.
