International expansion commenced in the 1950s with the establishment of the company's first overseas subsidiary in Sweden in 1956. Ecolab became a publicly traded corporation in 1957. In 1979, the company acquired Apollo Technologies, a subsidiary that ceased operations in 1983. Responsibilities:-
1. Cultivating Relationships: Establishing and nurturing connections with merchants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to cultivate enduring partnerships.
2. Operational Management: Oversight of daily operations encompassing order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
3. Projection and Forecasting: Development of projections at the product, regional, and account levels, and supervision of channel forecasts.
4. Vigilance: Supervision of listed products and assurance of punctual order deliveries.
5. Driving Expansion: Facilitating merchants in commencing and expanding their enterprise on the platform.
6. Sales Analysis: Evaluation of sales outcomes to devise methods for enhancing account performance.
7. Merchant Advocacy: Collaboration with internal teams to champion merchants' requisites and appeals.
8. Comprehending Industry Trends: Demonstration of an intricate comprehension of industry trends.
Eligibility criteria for applicants:
· This position requires working night shifts
· 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
· Strong verbal English language proficiency.
· Teamwork - Collaborating with other support teams to resolve requests/issues promptly.
· Attention to Detail - Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.
