Eligibility criteria for applicants:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Core Python Proficiency: You should be familiar with Python syntax, semantics, and standard libraries. This includes understanding dependency management with tools like Poetry and package publishing on PyPI.
Understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures: You need to demonstrate knowledge of lists, sets, dictionaries, and trees, as well as sorting, searching, and code optimization. Also, be able to use tools like cyclomatic complexity analysis to enhance code quality.
Knowledge of the concepts of decorators, generators, and context managers is essential.
Understanding of Internet-based communication protocols is necessary.
Experience in developing AWS Lambda functions using Python.
Understanding of functional programming paradigms and strong problem-solving skills are required.
API development using Flask or FastAPI and advanced database concepts is also expected.
