About Company:-
Kaseya with its headquarters in Miami, specializes in the development of software designed for network and system monitoring, as well as other information technology applications. The majority ownership of the company rests with Insight Partners, and it holds the naming rights to the Kaseya Center. The name "Kaseya" originates from the Sioux language and translates to "protect and defend.” As of April 2023, the company’s estimated valuation stands at $12 billion.
Kaseya was established in 2000 in California by Mark Sutherland and Paul Wong, who had previously collaborated on a project for the National Security Agency. Gerald Blackie assumed the role of CEO in 2003. In June 2013, Insight Partners gained control of the company, leading to Yogesh Gupta becoming CEO. Subsequently, Fred Voccola was appointed CEO in July 2015.
In 2018, Kaseya relocated its headquarters from Boston to Brickell, Miami. During this same year, the company's remote tool was compromised, enabling hackers to take control of affected computers to mine cryptocurrency. Notably, in July 2021, the Kaseya VSA ransomware attack, attributed to REvil, resulted in downtime for 60 customers and over 1,500 downstream businesses. Subsequently, in April 2023, the company secured the naming rights to the Kaseya Center through a 17-year, $117.4 million agreement.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Deep understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts and principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Keen interest in continuous learning and expanding proficiency in cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing or related areas are advantageous
