Athenahealth is a private American firm that offers network-enabled healthcare services and point-of-care mobile apps in the United States. The company was formed in 1997 in San Diego and is now based in Boston, Massachusetts. Jonathan Bush and Todd Park launched the organization in 1997 as Athena Women's Health, a women's health and birthing center in San Diego. At the birthing facility, only 10% of babies were delivered by C-section, which was one-third of the national norm, and 90% of moms were able to breastfeed their newborns, which was higher than the national average of 67%. Mark Wilson, a venture financier, contributed $11 million for Athenahealth's software in 1998. Responsibilities:-

- Develop and test software, ensuring continuous code refactoring to improve code structure and quality

- Contribute as a core member of an Agile team, driving user story analysis, elaboration, software application design and development, testing, and automation tool creation
- Design, code, test, maintain, and document data applications
- Participate in self and peer work reviews and define test conditions based on specific requirements
- Collaborate with product teams to comprehend business data requirements and establish data architecture
- Document data requirements, maintain data models, and seamlessly integrate them into existing data architectures
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Adapt quickly to change and proactively solve problems without external prompting

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

- Python Object Oriented Programming

- Poetry and dependency management in Python

- Asynchronous Reactive Micro services using FastAPI

- Understanding of Distributed Storage and Distributed Compute

- Cornerstone Data Ingestion Process and Business Metadata management

- Interactive Analytics using YellowBrick

- Hyperdrive JSON schema development and CStreams Realtime event ingestion pipeline using Kafka

- Event Engine Management

- Test Driven Development

- Working Knowledge of Data Governance Toolset: Collibra, Manta

- REST APIs Specifications using Swagger

- Development tools: Central, XLR, Jenkins

- Docker Image creation, Containers, PODs

- Hydra Cloud Deployment and Troubleshooting
