Job Role: UX Designer Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary:Upto 4 LPA Expected

Location: Remote


Responsibilities:-


  • Work independently on tasks with minimal guidance, taking ownership of your work and demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Engineer and implement robust, efficient, and scalable solutions while considering factors such as performance, security, and usability.
  • Offer technical solutions that align with short-term and long-term business goals, taking into account factors such as maintainability, scalability, and adaptability.
  • Take a lead role in software design meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to prepare comprehensive technical specifications that accurately capture system requirements and constraints.
  • Develop and implement high-quality code, maintaining a balance between speed of delivery and code maintainability.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and analysis to swiftly identify and resolve application problems and issues, ensuring a high level of system reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to promptly address any technical issues, remaining agile and adaptive to their evolving needs.
  • Play an active role in code reviews, ensuring adherence to program specifications, coding standards, best practices, and conventions, and integrating new designs, changes, and enhancements to the codebase.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less-experienced team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless product releases and swiftly resolve any program-related issues or concerns.
  • Stay at the forefront of new technology and development tools through active research and continuous learning, in order to contribute to the team's innovation and growth.


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center setting is desirable.

- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills is essential for establishing rapport and trust with customers.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and logically are vital.

- The capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment is crucial.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, is expected.
