The company acquired the financial services and wind energy businesses as part of the demerger from Bajaj Auto Limited, a move sanctioned by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay on December 18, 2007.

Bajaj Finserv Limited is a financial conglomerate with interests in the financing sector (Bajaj Finance), life insurance (Bajaj Life Insurance), general insurance (Bajaj General Insurance), and mutual funds (Bajaj Finserv Mutual Funds).

Bajaj Holdings and Investments Limited (BHIL) was formed following the separation of the original company's auto and finance assets. BHIL, the parent company, holds a 39.29% stake in Bajaj Finserv and maintains surplus cash and investments to provide financial support to the auto and/or finance business or to pursue new business opportunities. BHIL is registered as a Non–Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under the Registration No. N–13.01952 dated October 29, 2009, with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

In 2017, Bajaj Finserv integrated blockchain technology into its services, including travel insurance, enabling claim resolution prior to customer registration. By 2023, the company had further leveraged blockchain to enhance connectivity between traders and customers.

Job Description:-

Job Role: Software Engineer Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Upto 4 LPA Expected

Location: Pune, India

Responsibilities:-

- Evaluate, categorize, and/or delete content in accordance with client guidelines utilizing designated tools and platforms.

- Remain updated on alterations to client policies and standards.

- Investigate, resolve, and communicate intricate content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.

- Champion the user community.

- Contribute to initiatives for improving processes to elevate work quality and efficiency.

- Participate in continuous training programs and collaborative discussions to enrich role development.

- Engage in dialogues on socially sensitive subjects to aid in safeguarding our communities.

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

- Deep understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts and principles

- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

- Proficiency in Python for the purpose of automation and debugging

- Ability to comprehend and interpret Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, and Test Plans in detail

- Capacity to develop robust Test Cases, perform and automate them, and detect and report issues

- Expertise in analyzing and identifying the root causes of customer/internal issues, recognizing test gaps, and addressing them

- Strong understanding of Storage concepts

- Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience or familiarity with Computer Architecture, Operating System concepts, and File Systems concepts.
