Job Role: Cloud Engineer Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: 4-5 LPA Expected
Location: Bangalore, India
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and Maintain Scalable Platforms: Build and maintain strong, scalable platforms, systems, and infrastructure using a mix of software development practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Automate Infrastructure Management: Create, test, deploy, and continuously improve moderately complex automated infrastructure and platform components to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to share technical approaches, best practices, and modern development skills, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Monitor and Optimize Systems: Implement monitoring tools and strategies to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and optimization of infrastructure components.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the infrastructure design and development processes, ensuring that all systems meet compliance requirements and are protected against potential threats.
- Document and Share Knowledge: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and platform components, ensuring knowledge is easily accessible and transferable across teams.
Eligibility criteria for applicants:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Independently address moderately complex technical issues with minimal supervision, leveraging troubleshooting skills, and escalating more intricate problems to the appropriate staff when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure and platform resilience.
- Innovate and Experiment: Experiment with new tools, technologies, and processes to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure and platform management.
- Support DevOps Practices: Assist in the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices within the organization, promoting automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Perform Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the engineering team and the organization.
