Responsibilities:-

- In your role on our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for effectively managing and resolving customer queries, addressing escalations and complaints, and ensuring the best possible solutions for dissatisfied customers.

- This will involve working to close faults and complaints within the designated service level agreements (SLAs) to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- We are seeking a candidate who excels in communication and possesses a strong understanding of key customer support metrics, as your role will be instrumental in contributing to our overall customer service strategy.

- Customer service entails providing comprehensive assistance and support to customers throughout their entire journey, beginning from pre-purchase inquiries, continuing through product or service usage, and extending after the purchase is complete.

- This includes promptly addressing customer inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and consistently ensuring customer satisfaction to foster and uphold positive, enduring relationships with our valued customers.- You will be part of our Customer Support team, where you will assist in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best solutions for dissatisfied customers.

- Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within the specified service level agreements (SLAs).

- We are looking for a candidate who communicates effectively and possesses a good understanding of customer support metrics.

- Customer service involves providing assistance and support to customers before, during, and after their purchase or use of a product or service. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to cultivate and maintain positive relationships.


Eligibility criteria for applicants:

·       This position requires working night shifts

·       0-2 years of relevant work experience.

·       Strong verbal English language proficiency.

·       Teamwork - Collaborating with other support teams to resolve requests/issues promptly.

·       Attention to Detail - Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.

Preffered Qualifications / Skills:-

 - Resolve customer issues using process knowledge and training; use the company's internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.

- Gather customer information thoroughly and efficiently, address customer needs, educate when necessary to prevent future contacts, and document interactions.

- Possess good command of grammar, strong probing and comprehension skills, and willingness to take ownership.

- Present solutions to customers, add value on calls, and summarize conversations while providing resolutions.

- Use company's internal systems to obtain and extract accurate information for customer service management and maintain customer records.

- Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and contribute to project ideation in a dynamic and innovative environment.

- Voice service preference for US customer service/US Telecom; proficient in spoken English and comprehension.

- Ability to multitask and sales/retention experience is advantageous.
