About Company:-

Planview, a global enterprise software company, was established in 1989 in Austin, Texas, by Patrick Durbin. The company's headquarters is also located in Austin, Texas. In 1997, Planview launched Planview Enterprise, its complete web-based resource and project portfolio management (PPM) software. In 2010, the company transitioned to offering software as a service (SaaS) products through the cloud.

In December 2013, Insight Venture Partners acquired a significant interest in Planview. Following this, Thoma Bravo became the majority shareholder after acquiring Planview in January 2017. Subsequently, in December 2020, TPG Capital and TA Associates acquired Planview for $1.6 billion.

Notable acquisitions by Planview include Projectplace, a Stockholm-based project collaboration company in August 2014, Troux Technologies, an Austin-based enterprise architecture management software company in May 2015, and San Francisco-based Innotas. Planview's acquisitions continued with the addition of LeanKit in December 2017, Spigit in December 2018, and Aptage in July 2020. The company further expanded with the acquisitions of Clarizen and Changepoint in February 2021, and Tasktop, a Vancouver-based value stream management company, in May 2022.

Job Role: Solutions Engineer - Sales Role

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent

Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible

Salary: Upto 4 LPA Expected

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:-

- Evaluate, categorize, and/or delete content in accordance with client guidelines utilizing designated tools and platforms.

- Remain updated on alterations to client policies and standards.

- Investigate, resolve, and communicate intricate content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.

- Champion the user community.

- Contribute to initiatives for improving processes to elevate work quality and efficiency.

- Participate in continuous training programs and collaborative discussions to enrich role development.

- Engage in dialogues on socially sensitive subjects to aid in safeguarding our communities.

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

- Deep understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts and principles

- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment

- Keen interest in continuous learning and expanding proficiency in cloud technologies

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Relevant certifications in cloud computing or related areas are advantageous
