About Company:-
Skillsoft is a prominent American educational technology company renowned for its production of learning management system software and educational content. Established by Charles Moran in 1998, who held the position of chief executive officer and President until 2015, the company has made significant strides in the industry.
Skillsoft initiated its initial public offering under the stock symbol SKIL in February 2000 and subsequently carried out a secondary public offering in July 2001. In a notable development, the company became publicly traded once again under the same stock symbol in June 2021.
Notable acquisitions and mergers have contributed to Skillsoft's growth and consolidation within the industry. In 2001, Skillsoft acquired Books24x7, followed by a merger with Dublin-based IT courseware company, SmartForce (formerly CBT Systems) in 2002. This union saw the combined entity assume the Skillsoft name and establish a common headquarters in Ireland. Moreover, the acquisition of NETg from Thomson Corporation in 2007 further bolstered the company's standing in the market.
Skillsoft underwent changes in ownership over the years, with Berkshire Partners, Advent International, and Bain Capital purchasing the company for $1.2 billion in May 2010. Subsequent acquisitions involved the purchase of Element K from NIIT in October 2011, and MindLeaders from ThirdForce Group in September 2012.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.
- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.
- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.
- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
