About Company:-

Zadara is a cloud computing company established in 2011, with its headquarters located in Irvine, California. The company specializes in providing storage-as-a-service software suitable for use with both cloud and on-premises servers, a model commonly known as private cloud.

Nelson Nahum co-founded Zadara Storage in 2011, and the company commenced operations with an initial funding of $3 million. In 2012, Zadara launched cloud-based storage tailored for Amazon.com's public cloud customers, designed to function as persistent storage alongside Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). Its initial focus was on marketing block data storage for storage area networks (SAN), later expanding to encompass network attached storage (NAS) for cloud customers.

Following a successful $7 million first funding round in July 2012, Toshiba's America Electronic Components (TAEC) division invested $3 million in the company in August 2013. Reports suggested that Zadara's storage products would incorporate Toshiba's disk drives. In 2014, Gartner, an information technology advisory firm, acknowledged Zadara as a Cool Vendor.

Job Role: Cloud Support Engineer Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: Upto 5-6 LPA Expected
Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:-

- Interaction with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, and validating architecture

- Participation in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, and conducting technical risk planning

- Leadership and guidance for teams to develop high-quality code deliverables and knowledge management

- Knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design, testing tools, and agile methodologies

- Understanding project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, and quality processes

- Understanding the business domain to comprehend business requirements

- Possessing analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills

- Demonstration of a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and current technologies and trends

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.

- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.

- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.

- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
