Rice, an insurance agent who sold policies for Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut, aspired to establish a company in neighboring Massachusetts. Similar to Connecticut Mutual, this new venture grew into a mutual company. The trend of mutual companies in the insurance industry experienced significant growth between 1843 and the establishment of MassMutual.
Approximately a dozen competing mutual companies, including Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (1842), Mutual Life Insurance Company of New Jersey (1845), and Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance (1846), achieved promising success due to the minimal working capital requirements for operation.

- Actively participate in and lead discussions on product and design to contribute to the development and enhancement of our offerings.
- Assist in the expansion and optimization of our payment infrastructure to ensure that all individuals in India have the ability to make secure and convenient online payments.
- Play a key role in making informed decisions to customize our REST APIs to cater to the needs of developers across the globe.
- Contribute passionately to open source initiatives as we strive to set new standards and best practices for mobile payments.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and play a pivotal role in creating innovative directions for Razorpay, with the goal of simplifying and democratizing online payment processes for everyone.

Eligibility criteria for applicants:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
