In 2022, a corporate split led to one entity's acquisition by the private equity firm New Mountain Capital for $2.45 billion, rendering it non-public while retaining the PerkinElmer identity. The remaining portion, comprising life sciences and diagnostics businesses, remained public and was rebranded as Revvity, Inc. in 2023.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Deep understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts and principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Keen interest in continuous learning and expanding proficiency in cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing or related areas are advantageous
