About Company:-

In 2012, Mediaocean was established through the merger of Donovan Data Systems and MediaBank, two advertising technology companies. The following year, Vista Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in Mediaocean. In 2015, Mediaocean acquired TView, a television planning system from Stone House Systems, Inc. Additionally, in May 2016, Mediaocean expanded its portfolio by acquiring ColSpace, a provider of cloud-based, collaborative media-planning software.

In September 2017, Mediaocean announced a strategic partnership with 4C to bolster cross-channel marketing capabilities. In 2018, Vista Equity Partners explored a potential sale of Mediaocean. Subsequently, in 2019, Mediaocean integrated the SpotX platform into its system and penned an agreement with WideOrbit, a TV programmatic company. In January 2020, Mediaocean broadened its global presence by acquiring MBS, a media management software provider based in Paris. Later in the same year, Mediaocean announced the acquisition of 4C Insights, a data science and media technology company headquartered in Chicago.

In recent developments, in July 2021, Mediaocean confirmed the acquisition of Flashtalking, an advertising server company. The following month, it was announced that the stake in Mediaocean held by Vista Equity Partners was being taken over by CVC Capital Partners in conjunction with TA Associates.

Job Description:-

Job Role: IT Engineer - Desktop Support Role
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's / Degree/Any Equivalent
Experience: Freshers/Experienced are Eligible
Salary: Upto 4 LPA Expected
Location: Pune, India

Responsibilities:-

- Interaction with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, and validating architecture

- Participation in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, and conducting technical risk planning

- Leadership and guidance for teams to develop high-quality code deliverables and knowledge management

- Knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design, testing tools, and agile methodologies

- Understanding project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, and quality processes

- Understanding the business domain to comprehend business requirements

- Possessing analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills

- Demonstration of a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and current technologies and trends

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Eligibility criteria for applicants:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's in Computer Applications.

- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

- Process: Experienced in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and successful implementation of projects within given constraints.

- Technology: Proficient in business intelligence and reporting using Microstrategy, including data modeling, dashboard development, and report creation.

- Technology: Skilled in Azure development and solution architecting, with expertise in developing and deploying applications on the Azure cloud platform.

- Foundational: Possess foundational knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
